This role plays a critical part in driving engagement, enablement, and growth with Financial Institution partners.</p><p>As a key member of the Partner Marketing team, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing leads, Sales, and Relationship Management to deliver integrated marketing programs that support partner activation and align with Global Payments’ mission to enable partner success.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a detail-focused, strategic thinker with strong B2B marketing expertise and a deep understanding of the financial services and payments landscape.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Partner Activation & Execution</p><ul><li>Develop and execute marketing activations and campaigns to support partnership revenue growth.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner marketing initiatives with business objectives and go-to-market priorities.</li><li>Build and manage marketing programs that drive awareness, education, and engagement with partners.</li><li>Logistical experience with a high volume of national events.</li><li>Lead co-marketing efforts, including joint campaigns, events, webinars, and success stories that highlight partner achievements.</li><li>Light travel may be required, up to 5-10% of the year.<br> </li></ul><p><b>Partner Engagement & Enablement</b></p><ul><li>Build scalable programs that enhance partner collaboration, trust, and loyalty.</li><li>Partner with Partner Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent and effective programming across the partner activation experience.</li><li>Support partners through the activation journey and enable full participation through seamless planning and program structure.</li><li>Represent the partner voice within Global Payments, ensuring their feedback informs planning and program design.<br> </li></ul><p><b>Measurement & Insights</b></p><ul><li>Track and report performance of partner marketing activations, including lead generation, engagement, ROI, and partner growth.</li><li>Use insights from partner feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to refine strategies.</li><li>Present results and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Partner Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing, ideally in payments, banking, or fintech.</li><li>Strategic Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with marketing leads, field sales, clients, and relationship teams.</li><li>Program Management: Ability to own end-to-end programs, from strategy through execution and measurement.</li><li>Content & Communication: Excellent communication skills to support clear project management.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with experience analyzing program performance and making data-informed decisions to optimize marketing performance.</li><li>Tools: Familiarity with Wrike, Microsoft 365, to include PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, CoPilot.<br> </li></ul><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.</li><li>4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, program management, or a related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing strategies, partner ecosystems, and relationship management. Payments or financial industry experience is strongly preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>$105,000 - $115,000</span></p><p><br><span>The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
