Our team of experts is dedicated to creating smart, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions that improve the daily lives of millions of passengers.</p><p>We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Joint CEO, who is also the Managing Director of our Rolling Stock & Customer Services business.</p><p>This role is based at our London head office and you will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in the office.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Act as strategic business partner anticipating executive needs, highlighting potential challenges or opportunities, and synthesising key information to aid decision‑making.</li><li>Proactively manage a complex diary and ensure time is used effectively. Strategically allocate executive time, identify delegation opportunities, and ensure meeting effectiveness from agenda to follow‑up.</li><li>Organise travel, logistics and approvals efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites and client events.</li><li>Be involved in planning and delivering company events (conferences, team building, etc).</li><li>Handle invoices, budgets and purchase orders.</li><li>Handle correspondence and information flow, act independently and escalates only when needed.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate materials for internal and external meetings.</li><li>Create clear, professional presentations and reports for a range of audiences.</li><li>Work closely with other PAs across Siemens Mobility to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and support across functions.</li><li>Assist with special projects and cross‑departmental initiatives.</li><li>Act as a trusted link between the CEO, the leadership team, the wider business and internal & external stakeholders.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2><ul><li>Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>A professional, adaptable work style to handle changing priorities seamlessly.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in engaging at all levels.</li><li>High attention to detail, delivering quality output on time, every time.</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li><li>A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset that cultivates positive working relationships.</li><li>Mastery of collaboration tools, data visualisation, awareness of automation/AI for efficiency, and strong cybersecurity practices.</li><li>A deep understanding of the executive\'s business unit, company strategy, and industry trends to prioritise and inform decisions.</li><li>Diplomacy, ability to influence without direct authority, active listening, and cross‑cultural competence.</li><li>Actively seek professional development, networking, and stay abreast of new tools and best practices.</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><p>Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, company bonus, holiday allowance and pension.
