Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Podcast Head to lead and manage the end-to-end podcast function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, guest coordination, production oversight, and driving growth for the podcast channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Research: Conductin-depth research on relevant topics, trends, and industry insights. Plan to engage podcast themes and episode concepts aligned with the brand.
  • Guest Scouting & Coordination: Identify and onboard relevant and high-value podcast guests. Manage end-to-end communication with guests, including scheduling and briefing.
  • Production Management: Oversee the entire podcast lifecycle – pre-production, production, and post-production. Coordinate with internal teams (video, audio, editing) to ensure timely delivery
  • Scheduling & Operations: Manage podcast calendars, shoot schedules, and timelines. Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders involved.
  • Marketing & Growth: Strategize and execute marketing plans for podcast channel growth. Work closely with the social media team to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Brand & Partnership Research: Identify and research potential brand collaborations and sponsorship opportunities. Assist in building partnerships for podcast monetization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong research and content planning skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Understanding of podcast/video production workflows
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
