<div><b>Description & Requirements</b><br/><br/> WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH <br/><br/> Bain has formalized industry and capability "Practices," which are integral to how Bain wins and delivers results to its clients. Together they form PPK (Product, Practice, and Knowledge). The role of a Practice is to drive growth for Bain in a particular industry or capability together with offices and boost Bain's expertise and commercial excellence. <br/><br/> The Global Private Equity Practice is a scale and high-growth part of Bain's business. We support investor clients to drive their own businesses, make the right investment decisions, and create value in their portfolio businesses (by interlocking with all of Bain). <br/><br/> You will focus on our Global PE-Backed Solution- our business creating value in portfolio business post-transaction close. This position will be integral to accelerating our PE-Backed business- a top priority within our overall PE Practice Strategy. You will be directly involved with defining and executing against the key strategic and commercial priorities for PE-Backed business. <br/><br/> In this role you will work most closely with the Global PE Practice Director and PE-Backed Global Solution Lead. A critical part of this role will be multi-stakeholder collaboration including Regional Practice Leads and regional commercial teams, industry and capability interlocks, and the Private Equity Partner Team. <br/><br/> WHAT YOU'LL DO <br/><ul><li> Overall: </li></ul><ul><li> You will be responsible for working with the Global PE-Backed Solution team to drive the execution of our PE-Backed strategy with the goal of accelerating commercial momentum and growing the business. </li><li> Set the drumbeat/governance and drive day-to-day engagement with stakeholders creating visibility into strategic initiatives and progress </li><li> Own and drive strategic and IP initiatives with senior stakeholders </li><li> Become a go-to expert on our PE-Backed toolkit including products, ecosystem, experts, pitches and sales plays </li></ul><ul><li> Strategy: </li></ul><ul><li> Work with PE-Backed Practice Director to set the overall cadence of stakeholder engagement and communication </li><li> Oversee operations team to create visibility into performance and key KPIs </li><li> Primary point-of-contact to execute against specific strategic initiatives and imperatives </li><li> Coordinate with initiative owners on strategic plan to own and drive execution </li></ul><ul><li> Commercial: </li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li> Establish commercial routines and support execution/ implementation across regions including pipeline win-rooms, capability and industry interlocks, account management </li><li> Continuous improvement of commercial routines based on learnings and closed-loop feedback </li><li> Support marketing agenda to increase external visibility and drive commercial momentum </li></ul><ul><li> IP and Solution Management: </li></ul><ul><li> Work with capability practices to tailor GP products for PE-Backed businesses </li><li> Drive innovation in the PE-Backed IP suite (e.g. Overall POV on Value Creation, VCP, EVM) </li><li> Commercialization/GTM planning for new IP </li></ul><ul><li> Front-line support: </li></ul><ul><li> Upskill regional commercial and knowledge management teams on best practice front-line support for PE-Backed commercial opportunities and delivery </li><li> Directly lean into 'must-win' commercial opportunities </li></ul><ul><li> Coordination and Comms: </li></ul><ul><li> Ensure coordination across practice, regions, and capability interlocks </li><li> Drive content for regular meetings and business updates with key stakeholders </li></ul><br/> ABOUT YOU <br/><br/> Required: <br/><ul><li> Bachelor's Degree and8-10years Management Consulting / Private Equity experience OR Master's Degree and6-7years of Management Consulting / Private Equity experience </li><li> Ideal candidate will have experience managing change or transformation programs. </li><li> Ability to multi-task and continuously re-prioritize as things come up in a fast-paced environment. </li><li> Superior communication skills with senior people in the firm and excellent business acumen </li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li> Collaborative - someone who knows how to work with and through others to drive results and make change happen, and is customer service oriented </li><li> Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive - someone who knows how to prioritize what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished; "roll up the sleeves" type of attitude </li><li> Bright - both insightful and creative, with strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic, with a practical, "real-world" sense of what is actually "do-able".
