Operating in a matrix environment, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex, multi-phased programs while also expanding existing accounts and originating new work. ability to apply the right approach for the context.<br></li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional technology teams (Architects, Developers, BAs, QA, Support) in distributed environments.<br></li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
