Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.<br><br><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The Global Partner & Ecosystems (GP&E) Business Advisor is a critical, high-impact role responsible for bringing clarity, rigor, and operational discipline to a complex and rapidly evolving business.<br>This individual will act as the leader for data, reporting, and insights across the GP&E organization, partnering directly with senior leadership to enable effective decision-making, drive accountability, and improve business performance.<br>This role will work in close partnership with a the Business Advisor manager, the Partner Sales analytics team and peer Business Advisors to stabilize the foundation for how the business is measured and run as well as translate a highly complex ecosystem spanning four partner motions, multiple partner types, and several other business dimensions into clear, accurate, and actionable insights.<br><br>Run-the-Business Leadership<br>• Establish and run core operating cadences, including weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, performance tracking (actuals and pipeline vs. targets), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)<br>• Deliver clear visibility into pipeline health and progression and risks, gaps, and opportunities<br><br>Business Insight & Decision Support<br>• Translate complex, multi-dimensional data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations<br>• Proactively identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities<br>• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, strategic deep dives, board and executive-level materials<br>• Serve as a trusted thought partner to partner organization leaders<br><br>Reporting Infrastructure & Tooling<br>• Own gathering and refining business requirements for reporting and visualization for partner team and partners<br>• Partner with technical team to build and enhance dashboards, improve usability and adoption, and scale reporting capabilities in connection with broader UKG methods and practices<br><br>Transformation & Operating Model Maturity<br>• Help define/refine KPIs and establish accurate baselines (and sensitivity analysis) for target setting<br>• Advocate for partner lens in broader UKG data framework settings (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, corporate QBRs, etc.)<br>• Operate effectively in a non-linear transformation environment, balancing immediate needs with long-term improvements<br><br>Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment<br>• Partner closely with senior leaders across the partner organization<br>• Align with GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure consistency and integration<br>• Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment<br><br>What Success Looks Like<br>• Leadership has clear, accurate, and trusted visibility into business performance<br>• Pipeline, forecast, and partner contribution are well understood and actionable<br>• Reporting is consistent, scalable, and aligned to how the business operates<br>• Data quality issues are actively managed and improving over time<br>• The organization runs with greater rigor, accountability, and confidence<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong><br>• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Partner Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Finance, or related GTM strategy role in a SaaS company with an understanding of the sales cycle, buying channels, forecast methodologies, and pipeline metrics<br>• Strong ownership mentality and reliability: takes accountability for outcomes and follows through<br>• Uncompromising standards for accuracy and quality<br>• Exceptional attention to detail across a broad and complex surface area<br>• Ability to rapidly context-switch across multiple priorities and problem spaces<br>• Proactive, solutions-oriented, “can do” mindset<br>• Passion to grow their role and desire to be a trusted business advisor to field leadership<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication, with active listening and summarization skills<br>• 5+ years and highly skilled in Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft suite, and Salesforce.com (SFDC) including, field facing dashboards, and data analysis<br>• Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations<br>• Proven ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br>• Experience supporting partner / ecosystem / channel organizations<br>• Experience in transformation or scaling environments<br>• Familiarity with Clari, MEDDPPICC, Gainsight, and PowerBI<br>• Experience building or scaling reporting frameworks from the ground up<br><br><br>Why This Role Matters<br>This role is foundational to unlocking the next phase of growth for the Global Partner & Ecosystems business. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
