As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented designer to help bring their product portfolio to life through thoughtful, production-ready packaging and branded product experiences.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Location</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Role Overview</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Product Designer will design functional, production-ready packaging that brings the brand to life and enhances the customer experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is responsible for the design and execution of product labels, bottles, packaging, user guides, and other physical product materials, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with packaging production expertise and can effectively collaborate across Product, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Product & Brand Design</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and produce printed product materials, including user guides, inserts, instruction sheets, and other in-package collateral</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Incorporate product information, brand standards, photo editing, layout design, and copy formatting into finished materials</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate brand strategy and creative direction into cohesive and engaging physical product designs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Redesign and refresh existing product designs to align with evolving brand standards and compliance requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and collaborate on creative bottle and packaging concepts suitable for mass production</p></li></ul><h3>Compliance & Production</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all designs meet print and production standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Update packaging and printed materials to reflect regulatory requirements, including state-by-state revisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Product and Compliance teams to ensure instructional materials meet regulatory, print, and production requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review physical and digital proofs to ensure design accuracy, quality, and consistency before production</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure packaging designs meet manufacturing specifications and production requirements</p></li></ul><h3>Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute packaging designs for product launches and updates under the direction of the Product Manager and CEO</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interpret feedback from Product leadership and execute revisions with precision and attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create 3D renderings, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and validate manufacturability</p></li></ul><h3>Organization & Documentation</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain organized file systems, version control processes, and documentation for design assets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support ongoing brand evolution while maintaining consistency across products and platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Experience</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in product, packaging, or brand design</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience designing physical products and in-package printed materials, including labels, packaging, user guides, inserts, and instructional collateral</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, bottle, or physical product design</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience preparing dielines, print-ready files, and production documentation for packaging manufacturing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience designing for consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with bottle design and
