As we continue to grow our impact and our team, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join us in shaping the future of enterprise solutions.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Product Specialist (Development)</span></span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Main Duties and Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define and deliver new product capabilities and enhancements</li> <li>Design, configure, test, validate, and document all new product functionalities and enhancements</li> <li>Analyze business processes and market needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization</li> <li>Drive continuous product evolution by proposing improvements focused on usability, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency</li> <li>Participate in discovery sessions, backlog refinement, solution design workshops, and product roadmap initiatives</li> <li>Work closely with technical teams to define and support integrations between OMS+, SAP, AI-based tools, and third-party platforms</li> <li>Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and validate bug fixes and product enhancements end-to-end</li> <li>Support product documentation, feature definitions, release notes, and go-to-market readiness</li> <li>Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation capabilities, to enhance the product offering</li> <li>Act as a product subject matter expert for SAP SD and OMS+ processes</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Must-Have Skills and Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li>Experience designing and configuring SD modules with at least 4 full-cycle implementation projects</li> <li>In-depth experience of SD functional module and thorough understanding of cross-functional applications, integrating other modules such as FI, MM, and LE</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of SD concepts like customer and product hierarchy, catalogs, master contracts, variant configuration, serial numbers, batch management, pricing, make-to-order, stock transfer order, material determination, text determination, partner determination, advanced ATP, new output management, advance returns, billing plan.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform business needs into scalable product solutions</li> <li>Experience designing, configuring, testing, and documenting functional solutions and product enhancements</li> <li>Theorical Knowledge of AI tools and assistants such as Claude, Joule, MCP, ChatGPT, or similar technologies</li> <li>Interest or experience working with AI-based solutions, automation tools, copilots, or intelligent workflows</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously</li> <li>General understanding of accounting business processes (SD-related accounting documents)</li> <li>Material management and DMS knowledge is desired</li> <li>Experience in Public Cloud implementations is desired</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><a href="https://www.dataxstream.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">DataXstream LLC</a><span> </span>is an equal-opportunity workplace and an affirmative-action employer.
