We take care of our own, so that they can take care of our clients.</p><p><b>Section 1: Position Summary</b></p><p>The Project Coordinator is a key role in the FuturePlan Service and Operations team responsible for the authoring and development of knowledge management tools.  This will include but is not limited to structuring and curating content that will be accessed and used by multiple associates across the FuturePlan business for information gathering, project planning, and initiatives currently in process.  This role will require the ability to assimilate to multiple initiatives for active participation in leading projects, facilitating meetings, and influencing optimal use of knowledge management tools and systems.</p><p></p><p><b>Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.</li><li>Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.</li><li>Author content for the Panviva application for business users</li><li>Structure and curate content of plan administration and industry knowledge for FuturePlan client service teams based on general resources and FuturePlan SME contributions</li><li>Use Axis application to support work and recommendations where applicable for projects, plans, and other applicable work; work with key internal resources or external business partners to <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">define/discuss/document</span> knowledge resources</li><li>Coordinate and manage components of projects; accurately capture and communicate information throughout all project phases; discuss project solutions and/or issues with team.</li><li>Work with workflow system to administer the intake and prioritization of formal projects and other initiatives; collaborates with team to develop and maintain areas of the project and ensure cross flow</li><li>Analyze reporting data to identify trends and development needs for the business; recommend improvements to applications, workflows and procedures based on analyzed data.</li><li>Facilitate meetings, including preparing meeting materials and transcribing meeting minutes.</li><li>Assist in the development of solutions to organizational issues and concerns and develops organized change strategies and plans.</li><li>Establish and document processes that support the continuous improvement of sound business practices</li><li>Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Supervision  </b></p><p></p><ul><li>N/A</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Section 3:  Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in retirement industry/financial services</li><li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience with knowledge management systems and/or retirement plan administration</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with a focus on technical writing skills</li><li>Plan Administration skills</li><li>Proficient in project management skills, including successfully managing projects from beginning to end.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Disciplined work habits and attention to details; self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.</li><li>Working and communicating effectively in a cross-functional team environment.</li><li>Ability to facilitate effective meetings.</li><li>Knowledge in PC applications including MS office products.</li></ul><p></p><p>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer</p><p></p><p><i><span>Be aware of employment fraud.
