Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction on enterprise-level projects
  • Ensure delivery excellence across multiple, complex initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams on best practices
  • Oversee the full project portfolio lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Establish and maintain rigorous project management standards within large initiatives in alignment with PM, Agile methodologies and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify business needs and define project scope
  • Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics such as adherence, cycle times, lead times, and risk load
  • Guide risk identification, mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolution of high-impact issues
  • Foster a culture of quality, speed, and agility in project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale, cross-functional, and technical projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, influence without authority, and drive organizational change
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management tool
