As related to Power Generation Customer Turbine Equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: In this role you'll be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of product/equipment-only and non‑turnkey Aeroderivative power projects.

  • Provide direct and indirect leadership across cross-functional project teams.

  • Influence strategy, resource planning, and policy development within the NU Aeroderivative project domain.

  • Evaluate internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services.

  • Stay current on industry and technology trends and integrate insights into project planning and decision-making.

  • Apply strong judgment to solve complex problems across operational, technical, and manufacturing areas.

  • Assess quality of stakeholder inputs and ask critical, clarifying questions to drive alignment.

  • Develop and propose innovative solutions outside standard parameters when needed.

  • Leverage multiple internal and external information sources to support project decisions.

  • Lead with functional teams or project initiatives with moderate complexity or risk.

  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, guiding stakeholders toward shared perspectives and decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience related to Aeroderivative products or related Aero GP technologies)

  • Min. 7 years of experience in Project management, Product Management and/or Engineering within the Power Generation Industry.

Desired Characteristics

  • Advanced knowledge of Gas Power LM / Aeroderivative Power generation Equipment is imperative

  • 5+ yrs of New Construction Project Management Experienced with the ability to execute programs to deliveries; is strongly desired

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project / P6 /Primavera /Power BI/

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $132,200.00 and $220,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
