The role writes and executes test cases, works with development teams to investigate and resolve issues, and supports quality assurance processes and plans throughout the software development lifecycle.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will be doing</b></p><ul><li>Carry out end-to-end, regression and user acceptance testing across relevant systems and releases.</li><li>Design and create test scripts to cover business and technical requirements.</li><li>Execute and maintain manual regression packs independently.</li><li>Support agile delivery through daily stand-ups, story ownership and collaboration with development teams.</li><li>Identify and create test data for different testing phases.</li><li>Provide clear reporting on test execution and testing status.</li><li>Document, track and escalate defects and issues using Jira or similar tools.</li><li>Support the implementation of new QA processes and release plans.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to junior team members where required.</li><li>Carry out other duties reasonably required for the role.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for from you</b></p><ul><li>Good understanding of manual testing principles and quality assurance practices.</li><li>Working knowledge of databases and SQL.</li><li>Experience using test management and project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of QA planning, scripting and execution.</li><li>Awareness of deployment tools and pipelines, such as Octopus.</li><li>Good understanding of the product, platform and wider software delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with others and communicate testing progress clearly.</li><li>Awareness of current and emerging technologies and willingness to contribute to improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our Diversity Statement</b></p><p>At Lenvi we encourage individuals from all walks of life, without exception, to join our team.
