Position: QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – LEVEL II

Navaide is seeking a senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead testing strategy and quality assurance activities on a Department of Defense contract. The candidate will own the testing framework, mentor junior QA resources, and coordinate cross-workstream testing activities to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development and execution of the program test strategy, test plans, and test approach documentation
  • Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing activities across all workstreams
  • Mentor and direct junior QA analysts on testing methodology, documentation standards, and defect management
  • Coordinate with functional SMEs, developers, and Basis team to ensure test environment stability and data readiness
  • Drive defect triage and resolution coordination, escalating critical issues to program leadership
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics, testing dashboards, and go-live readiness reports
  • Support audit readiness activities by maintaining comprehensive testing evidence and traceability matrices

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of QA or software testing experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior testing role
  • Experience leading test strategy development and managing testing teams on large-scale ERP programs
  • Deep familiarity with defect lifecycle management and testing governance in DoD or federal environments
  • Experience with automated and manual testing methodologies
  • Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Navy ERP or DoD ERP senior QA experience
  • SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM test management experience
  • FISCAM or audit readiness testing experience
  • Experience leading testing on S/4HANA programs

Certifications

  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager preferred
  • SAP testing certifications a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience
