This role is responsible for visiting job sites, evaluating crew performance, and ensuring that all moving operations meet company expectations, safety standards, and client needs—particularly with high-profile clients.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct on-site inspections of packing, loading, unloading, and overall move execution</li><li>Ensure all work meets company policies, customer expectations, and safety regulations</li><li>Monitor crews in real time, offering support and resolving issues as they arise</li><li>Deliver constructive feedback and on-the-spot coaching to moving crews</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate issues professionally when needed</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients during move execution, especially high-profile individuals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of job visits, client feedback, and quality metrics</li><li>Collaborate with dispatch and operations to address issues and improve processes</li><li>Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to training or procedures</li><li>Support new crew member training on quality standards, safety, and professionalism</li><li>Generate reports if and when needed on the field performance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior experience in quality audit the moving industry, consumer service, or hospitality is needed</li><li>Moving experience requried </li><li>Strong customer service skills; ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented</li><li>Must be comfortable dealing with high-net-worth and VIP clientele</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)</li><li>Proven ability to assess team performance and give effective feedback</li><li>Physically able to be on-site, including walking, lifting, and evaluating loading processes</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic reporting tools and mobile communication<br><br></li></ul>Salary depends on the level of role and experience: $23/h - 35/h<br><br><em>This role may be filled at the Specialist or Lead level depending on experience and demonstrated capability.<br><br></em>Note: The above description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
