Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Duties

-Interact with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers

-Review closing documents, put together closing packages, and review signed packages.

  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, memos, and other legal documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
Skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing documents
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong clerical skills, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents
