We provide a stress free haircut experience for kids and families, with fantasy chairs, a colorful salon, TV screens and tablets at every chair. Plus, kids get a balloon and lollipop after every appointment.

Overview:

We are looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 1 front desk receptionist/ stylist assistants for our Puyallup location. You will be the face and voice of the store to our customers, and will be responsible for managing the phone, check in and out process, store cleanliness and hygiene, store organization and other front desk responsibilities. If you want to be paid well, work with a fun and encouraging team, love kids and want opportunities for growth, then we want to talk to you.

What you bring to the table:

  • A positive , collaborative attitude. We do not tolerate any negativity or drama in our salons.
-A good track record of success at other employers. Prior experience with kids or a salon business is a bonus, but not required.
  • A quick learner, with prior experience having worked with PoS systems and scheduling systems
  • The desire to provide our customers with a fantastic experience when they visit our store. You will be the first and last person they will meet during their visit, so their experience interacting with you is essential!
  • A good sense of cleanliness and hygiene, both personal and for the workspace. we work hard to maintain the attractiveness of our store, and we expect all team members to pitch in towards cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Fantastic organization skills, and the ability to keep the calendar, inventory and other store needs on track.

What we will provide:

  • We are open and honest about pay, and try to ensure a fair and decent wage to our team, based on their skills, experience and role. Currently our base pay for this position starts at $18/hr, and our receptionists averages between $1 - $2 / hr in bonuses, bringing the total pay rage to $19 - $20 / hr.
