ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our on-site HR team. No prior recruiting experience is required; we'll train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, your ability to stay organized, and your comfort with technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Post and manage job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
  • Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support on talent management strategies
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Stay current on employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance throughout all hiring activities.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with job fairs, staffing agency relationships, and community outreach
  • Initiate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens)
  • Support onboarding and new hire paperwork as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive pay — commensurate with experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • 401(k) with company match

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities
  • Professional, people-first attitude with a commitment to a positive candidate experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred (not required):

  • Prior recruiting or HR experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking software
  • Light industrial or manufacturing background

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged working on a computer at a desk, sitting or standing.
