Red Bull Student Marketeer - UCL

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we\'ll trust you with:

  • Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
  • Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through product sampling at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions competently.
  • Create and execute a tailored, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
  • Drive brand engagement on your social media handles with authentic content.
  • Work at RedBull and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.
  • Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull availability and visibility in outlets.
  • Work with sales to open new distribution points on and around campus.
  • Leverage RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales outlets.
  • Ensure executional excellence and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Share ideas and collaborate with the team both online and face-to-face.
  • Plan and report activities via the online platform accurately and timely.
  • Provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the RedBull media business.
  • Studying at a university within the specified city.
  • Willing to travel 90-100%.
