[Remote] Advanced Analytics Personalization Analyst

The Advanced Analytics Personalization Analyst role is designed to support data-driven business decisions by creating analytical insights for marketing personalization campaigns, collaborating across departments to refine data science models.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and team members to understand and analyze customer trends
  • Develop robust reporting and insights surrounding Wingstop Customer’s that will be used in evaluating the effectiveness of the Personalization Marketing Models
  • Deliver reports on key findings / patterns / trends for Wingstop customers

Skills

  • Strong SQL and relational data experience writing complex queries to answer multi-layered questions
  • Experience with data visualization, turning raw data into easy to digest graphs and charts
  • Hands on experience working in cloud data-lakes such as Snowflake and/or Databricks for scalable analytics and model building
  • BS with concentration in quantitative discipline - Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Econ, Quantitative Social Science or similar discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of practical work experience applying data analysis techniques and toolsets to solve practical problems
  • Some experience with Python scripting to visualize or analyze data
  • Experience presenting to senior level stakeholders, breaking down complex problems into easy-to-understand concepts
  • Background with customer centric data including customer purchasing patterns, demographics, customer lifetime value, etc
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience using Snowflake's cloud platform for analysis
  • Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry applying data science to improve operations and customer experience
