The Client Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and managing the sales process within the Compressors and Steam Turbines sectors. Responsibilities Establish and nurture customer relationships at all organizational levels to gather market intelligence and enhance satisfaction Develop and implement winning sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets and position Siemens Energy as a premier service provider Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas markets Analyze customer contracts and conduct risk assessments to prepare for negotiations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines Manage sales activities and coordinate between customers, product competence centers, and project management teams to support seamless service delivery Skills A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent technical studies from an accredited university; significant relevant sales experience in the energy or industrial sector may be considered in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience sales/ engineering in rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo/reciprocating/steam applications.
