The role involves advising on growth strategy, operational models, market development, and governance to support the company's national expansion efforts. Responsibilities Advise on enterprise growth priorities, geographic expansion, market development, and the strategic decisions required to scale ATCA’s healthcare platform effectively Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and performance systems that preserve quality while enabling growth Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, unit economics, and the operational frameworks needed to support sustained expansion Advise on digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, strategic differentiation, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly Skills Accomplished healthcare executive, operator, physician leader, or strategic growth advisor Track record in healthcare expansion, clinical operations, multi-site development, or health system transformation Experience in advising on enterprise growth priorities, geographic expansion, market development, and strategic decisions Ability to guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets Expertise in reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, and unit economics Knowledge of digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, and governance infrastructure Experience in addressing Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive decline Background in precision-based healthcare models Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions Experience in high-growth healthcare platforms Understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement strategies Benefits Equity Options Receive stock options in recognition of your leadership and advisory contributions to ATCA’s mission.
