Remote Global Data Center Strategic Accounts Lead

As aDirector, Strategic Accounts – Data Centershere at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth as an individual focused on one or more specific large Data Center customers. Your leadership and expertise in managing large, global key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.In this role, you will impact the company significantly by driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. Your strategic guidance and ability to identify new business opportunities will contribute to the company's overall success and position it as a leader in the industry. This role is specific to large global Data Center customers.This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on afully remotework schedule,plus 50% (+) domestic/international travel.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic AccountServe as the strategic lead for a Global Data Center Customer.Must have 10 years of experience growing and managing large complex global customers.Past experience with selling complex technologies in large customer environments.Accountable for growth, pipeline development and overall management of the customer globallyStrong executive presence required, past experience presenting to executives both internally and externally.Develop strategic account plans which expand Honeywell’s share across the customer globallyLead a cross matrixed team to ensue alignment with Honeywell’s regions globally.Accountable for the overall relationship between Honeywell and the customerTravel globally, attend calls at various hours due to the global nature of the customer and their growth.Honeywell ExpansionRole may require you to lead as a single point of contact across all Honeywell business units, including other Honeywell business units.Will have to prepare briefing documents to prepare Honeywell Executive’s for various meetings with customer executivesBe comfortable expanding the business with new solutions that may require the development of new relationships within the customer.Operational ExcellenceTrack, measure, and report on the business with the customer.
