The Institutional Sales Representative will drive trading volume market share gains, establish sales methodologies, and act as a brand ambassador while collaborating across departments to enhance client experience. Responsibilities Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC’s and other buy side firms Be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments. You will solve their needs quickly by leveraging your internal relationships Establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve offensive go-to-market posture Help inform the targeted go to market strategy including marketing, to business operations and client experience Lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering. These can be market insights, curated content for certain client segments, or teach-ins Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers Leverage industry knowledge and customer insights to drive business strategy and inform product roadmap Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients Skills 8+ years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance A strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets industry Enjoy working in a fast paced, start-up environment Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system Company Overview Anchorage Digital is a regulated crypto platform that provides institutions with integrated financial services and infrastructure solutions.
