Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor)

Position Overview

We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy to teens, adults, or couples/families—based on your interests and clinical strengths. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, appreciates steady referrals, and wants to work within a practice that genuinely cares about its clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or couples/family therapy via secure telehealth platform
  • Maintain timely, clinically sound documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments)
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, or providers when appropriate
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with CT licensure
  • Build and maintain a caseload that fits your preferred schedule
