[Remote] Paid Media Specialist for Google

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. My DTC Guy is a full-service DTC performance marketing agency specializing in e-commerce. They are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC), to drive continuous improvements and strategic adjustments
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance, advertising spend, and revenue generation, offering insights for data-driven decision-making and optimization
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to enhance ad relevance, ensuring the highest possible impact and engagement across Google Search, Display, and YouTube networks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing objectives, providing input for integrated campaigns and content development
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns while maintaining cost-efficiency
  • Test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes and user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad performance, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize campaign downtime or inefficiencies
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to implement new tools, technologies, and automation processes that enhance ad performance and operational efficiency

Skills

  • At least 2 years of AdWords experience, demonstrating proficiency in campaign creation, optimization, and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Search (PPC), with a solid understanding of how they interrelate
  • Google Ads certification is required to validate expertise in the platform
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus, offering exposure to diverse client needs and fast-paced project environments
