Responsibilities

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries received via email, telephone, and our online support portal
  • Providing clear, concise, and accurate technical support and troubleshooting for Ohmium's green hydrogen solutions
  • Efficiently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate senior support teams in a timely manner
  • Maintaining meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our CRM system
  • Developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and customer-facing support documentation
  • Proactively gathering customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services

Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role
