Responsibilities Lead a territory of approximately $150MM in revenue across all lines of business Develop field team sales associates across the territory; train MDM and OTMs to successfully manage their respective markets Deliver plan, grow volume, increase sales, and drive key initiatives Grow top foodservice accounts in the territory across all channels Wire with national and regional distributor leadership across opsites in the area to unlock growth and close voids Accelerate AOP Priorities Frito Lay, Quaker, Workplace, K12 Prospect to secure new business to meet region’s new business target Provide field knowledge and competitive information to Region Director and leadership team Coach and develop team on critical selling and leadership capabilities Collaborate with PBNA AFH selling teams to unlock Po1 opportunities Right-size resources within the team to ensure adequate account coverage and service levels Support Region employee engagement and capability strategy to improve satisfaction, retention, labor relations, and diversity Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver Region objectives (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, National Account & Distributor Teams) Skills Bachelor's degree Foodservice or consumer packaged goods experience Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated analytical and math skills Demonstrated computer proficiency Demonstrated professionalism and dependability Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically Ability to travel approximately 40% - 60% of the week People management experience preferred Benefits Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days. Holidays for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually. Sick Leave for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
