[Remote] Salesforce nCino Business Analyst - both Contract and Fulltime roles are open

The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform.


Responsibilities

  • Gather analyze and document business requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Support and manage User Acceptance Testing UAT including test scripts and defect tracking
  • Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce
  • Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers admins and product owners
  • Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs

Skills

  • 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong handson experience with Salesforce and nCino
  • Experience in financial services banking or lending domain
  • Strong knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field
  • Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce ServiceMax
  • Good to Have Skills : Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Platform app builder
  • Salesforce or nCino certification
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems LOS
