[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

This role will support key digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced scientific and research-driven environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze requirements and implement technology solutions. Responsibilities Support biologics-related request systems by documenting workflow requirements and developing wireframes for stakeholder review and process improvements Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow optimization Support system design, testing, implementation, and user adoption efforts Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, test plans, and functional specifications Assist in issue resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user enablement Support expansion and onboarding activities for enterprise scientific systems and workflows Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Experience working in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments Experience supporting therapeutics, clinical development, or genetic data management systems Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Business Systems Analysis Requirements Gathering & Documentation Functional & Technical Specifications Process Improvement Stakeholder Management Wireframing Systems Testing & IT Implementations User Stories & Test Plans Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Domain Knowledge Therapeutics & Clinical Development Support Genetic Data Management Systems Experience with discovery or development sciences workflows, particularly in large molecule environments Hands-on experience supporting systems testing and IT implementations Wireframing experience for workflow visualization and stakeholder collaboration Familiarity with scientific data platforms and biologics-related systems Company Overview STAFFXPERT LLC is a dynamic and results-driven employment agency specializing in IT staffing and placement services, while also providing recruitment solutions across various industries.
