[Remote] Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, to join their team. The role involves managing a portfolio of Personal Care brands and developing global brand strategies to drive growth and oversee brand equity. Responsibilities Lead the development of global brand growth strategies for this set of brands including geographic expansion plans, profitability improvement plans, competitive defense plans and the evaluation of white space / future M&A opportunities Ensure fundamental strategic documents, including 3-Year Strat Plans and Brand Playbooks, are in place and fully aligned by key stakeholders and upper management to ensure proper adoption to optimize expansion growth Monitor and ensure action against competitive activity and meaningful global trends Partner with subsidiary marketers and GNPi team to identify global new product / claim needs Help support and advise on key project execution for local markets including new product launches, geographic expansions, line extensions, packaging redesign and consumer promotions Track / report on global new product roll-out and performance vs. planned goals Lead the development of global brand footprints by ensuring development and maintenance of Global Brand Books and Brand Essence and other associated brand fundamentals that drive global equity such as consumer target, brand positioning, and communication strategies Review / approve creative briefs and review / approve brand copy (advertising & packaging) to ensure global consistency of all brands within responsibility of this role Share global and subsidiary communication learnings, success stories, best practices and test results with all markets Oversee and review the packaging development process to ensure global consistency Skills BA/BS required 5-7 years of marketing experience required Ideal candidate will have both classic CPG / FMCG experience and demonstrated people management capabilities Must be self-motivated, solution-oriented, collaborative, and able to work under tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task, prioritize based on shifting business needs, and be comfortable working through ambiguity Must have excellent English oral and written communications skills Requires occasional (10-20%) international travel MBA preferred Specific experience working in / with international markets strongly preferred Additional language proficiency (French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) preferred, but not required Benefits This position is also eligible for a bonus.
