[Remote] Senior Staff Product Manager

This role involves overseeing the development of reusable AI systems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the successful integration of AI capabilities into their products. Responsibilities Define the AI platform strategy by setting the multi-year vision, investment roadmap, and capability architecture that powers every agent, copilot, and intelligent workflow Establish the reusable AI product system spanning tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning APIs, governance controls, observability, and evaluation services used across the portfolio Shape the agent portfolio strategy by partnering with product and solution leaders to determine which capabilities should become shared platform investments versus domain-specific experiences Set organizational standards for agent quality and trust including evaluation frameworks, telemetry, policy boundaries, UX conventions, human-in-the-loop controls, and safety guardrails Drive product leverage across the organization by creating abstractions, patterns, and operating mechanisms that enable multiple teams to ship agents faster with higher consistency Translate executive AI strategy into your strategy and execution systems through platform roadmaps, reference architectures, PRDs, reusable schemas, and launch frameworks that scale across teams Own ecosystem-level success metrics including portfolio adoption, capability reuse, team velocity, inference quality, latency, workflow completion, trust signals, and expansion into new agent use cases Coach product leaders on AI platform patterns by raising the product craft for how teams design, build, measure, and scale agent-native experiences Skills Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 20+ years in a customer-facing role in information security compliance/consulting (or 10 years of equivalent experience) Extensive experience in GRC content development Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading teams 5+ years of managerial experience guiding a team of security risk professionals Previous security, IT audit and compliance experience Experience developing product or being a Product Manager Understanding information security obligations in relation to regulatory and industry requirements, compliance commitments and internal/external audit observations Strong passion for and experience leading security and risk-based discussions with technical and business stakeholders Amazing communication and writing skills Knowledge of security risks and compliance as well as technical understanding of IT security and privacy Ability to understand customer requirements and adapt different compliance frameworks to specific needs Experience working on leading security, privacy and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF as well as privacy regulations Good understanding of audit and regulatory compliance (with knowledge of audit practices and methodologies) Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments at the same time You are a team player with the highest level of integrity and a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact Deep industry knowledge and understanding of compliance standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills 8–12+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI, platform, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS environments Deep experience owning platform roadmaps, PRDs, schemas, APIs, and reusable capability systems that scale across multiple products Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GTM teams Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams around shared platform investments and customer outcomes Experience with agent systems, MCP servers, orchestration frameworks, tools ecosystems, or AI workflow platforms strongly preferred Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Flexible PTO Equity RSUs Annual performance bonus opportunities Retirement account support 14+ weeks of paid parental leave Career development opportunities Company-paid privacy certification exam fees Company Overview OneTrust is the AI-Ready Governance platform helping organizations accelerate innovation while ensuring responsible data use.
