<p>We're hiring a US-based Appointment Setter for a high-ticket telehealth offer ($25K+).</p><p><br></p><p>This isn't a "smile and dial" CSR role. We need someone who can qualify hard, get prospects genuinely excited about a closer call, and hold an 80% show-up rate. You'll work both inbound applications and outbound pipeline, setting 4 to 6 qualified appointments per day for our closer.</p><p><br></p><p>The role:</p><p>→ Review and call incoming applications (graded and scored before they hit you)</p><p>→ Qualify leads on budget, timeline, and intent, not just check boxes</p><p>→ Set 4 to 6 closer appointments per day</p><p>→ Follow up with pipeline leads who didn't convert on first touch</p><p>→ Own the show-up rate. Your job isn't done when the call is booked.</p><p><br></p><p>What we're looking for:</p><p>→ US-based (non-negotiable)</p><p>→ Experience setting for high-ticket offers ($5K+), ideally in health, wellness, or B2B services</p><p>→ You can hear the difference between someone who's serious and someone who's browsing, and you act on it</p><p>→ Hungry, direct, and not afraid to push back when something doesn't add up</p><p>→ Comfortable on the phone.
