[Remote] Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager will build and scale in-product lifecycle experiences, focusing on personalized messaging to drive activation, engagement, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities Build and manage multi-channel lifecycle programs with a focus on in-product messaging Identify and implement segmentation and personalization opportunities Execute lifecycle experiences across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs based on product usage Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure required segmentation and personalization data triggers are available Run A/B tests and experiments to improve lifecycle performance Monitor campaign performance and surface insights and recommendations Continuously improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix Work closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into lifecycle programs Support product launches by driving awareness and adoption through coordinated lifecycle experiences Ensure high-quality execution through strong QA and documentation Drive process improvements as the lifecycle function scales Skills 6–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Braze or comparable platforms Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys Proficiency working with data, metrics, and experimentation Excellent attention to detail and execution quality Background in fintech, big tech, or high-growth B2C companies Benefits 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions.
