Description

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to product delivery, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. This role involves working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained, deliveries are on schedule, and operational costs are minimized. 

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors.
Oversee and process purchase orders.
Coordinate logistics and ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities.
Resolve supply chain issues like delays or shortages.
Control and reduce supply chain costs.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Generate reports on supply chain performance.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain management, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
