Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

        Issue Escalation:

        Identify when a customer's issue exceeds the scope of standard responses and requires escalation to a supervisor or specialized team member. Document the issue clearly and transfer the conversation seamlessly to ensure continuity of care.

          Multi-Chat Management:

          Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high quality and responsiveness. Efficiently switch between conversations and prioritize urgent inquiries appropriately.

            Productivity Standards:

            Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and conversation handling volumes. Strive for continuous improvement in your performance.

              Professional Conduct:

                Availability Commitment:
