<p>Luna Data Solutions is seeking a <strong>Remote Workday Systems Administrator</strong> for a long term contract opportunity in Texas</p><p><br></p><p>** Remote from Texas **</p><p>Long term contract</p><p> </p><ul><li>We’re looking for a detail oriented Workday expert to support and enhance our <strong>HR</strong> and <strong>Finance</strong> operations.</li><li>In this role, you’ll manage and optimize <strong>Workday HCM</strong> and <strong>Financials</strong>, ensure data integrity, streamline business processes, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive system efficiency and user experience.</li><li>You’ll lead reporting and analytics efforts, support upgrades and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and guidance to end users across the organization.</li><li>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and leveraging Workday to deliver actionable insights and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Administer Workday <strong>HCM</strong> and <strong>Financials</strong>, including security, configurations, and user support.</li><li>Optimize business processes, workflows, and integrations across HR and Finance.</li><li>Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy through audits and validations.</li><li>Support upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.</li><li>Provide training, documentation, and best practice guidance to end users.</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance, and BT to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field).</li><li>1 to 4+ years of Workday or HR/Finance systems administration experience.</li><li>Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and workflows.</li><li>Workday Pro Certification preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of HR and finance processes, compliance, and data governance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Luna Data Offers</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance.</li><li>Great work-life balance.</li><li>Work on high profile projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>This is remote contract opportunity based in Texas and no sponsorship can be provided.
