This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to locations rather than inspection for the condition of the locations, they will partner with Field Leadership to inspect all onsite locations. </span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Role</span><span> </span></p><p><span>Operational Support & Efficiency</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Act as the liaison between corporate teams, retail locations and field leadership on key deliverables and communication </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Managing and prioritizing field requests based on urgency, impact on overall operations and sales, and resource requirements, while conducting regular reviews of issues and concerns to identify preventative measures and/or process improvements</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Identify areas of improvement within operations, processes, and policies and lead cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Align and optimize standard operating procedures across current and new sites to achieve consistency, partnering with Field Leaders for execution and inspection</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Creating and managing consumables and janitorial budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and inventory management</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Support special projects and ongoing operational strategy as needed</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span>New Site Openings & Remodels</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Lead, plan, manage, and direct multiple new sites; opening locations concurrently</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Schedule and lead operational project team meetings and ensure follow-up of action items</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Provide hands-on involvement with new site setup to ensure locations are opened effectively and efficiently</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Coordinate activities to prepare stores for smooth turnover and disseminate information to key departments and leaders</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Participate in cross-functional Retail Development meetings to influence operational needs/requirements of upcoming locations</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Travel as needed to review site readiness and manage onsite setup, partnering closely with Construction Managers on site turnover and closeout of punch lists</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Perform postmortem reports upon completion of each project; evaluate success and determine best practices</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span>Compliance & Documentation</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Develop policies, procedures, practices, and form documentation relating to sales regulatory and compliance functions</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Maintain working knowledge of state DMV laws, vehicle code, and applicable statutes as they relate to sales compliance</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Reviewing available and public local incentives in partnership with local sales teams</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Collaborating with local sales and leadership teams to review available regional incentives</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Coordinate with legal on license updates and expirations for all types of licenses (sales, business, dealer, retail, service, repair) and local ordinances</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Qualifications</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>2-5 years of related work experience, including project management, retail operations, and/or retail store experience</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience managing complex projects with a high level of organization and attention to detail</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Track record of success in developing relationships with stakeholders, working collaboratively, and leveraging influence to drive initiatives</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to read construction drawings and design renderings</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong written, oral, and communication skills</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Travel required</span><span> </span></li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
