This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience. This role can be fully remote (based on experience) or hybrid in our Cherry Hill, NJ location. </span></span></p> <p><strong>Retirement Sales Coordinator – Life & Retirement </strong></p> <p>The Retirement Sales Coordinator supports Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup</li> <li>Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors</li> <li>Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve “not in good order” items</li> <li>Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps</li> <li>Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing</li> <li>Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as FireLight and RightBridge</li> <li>Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred)</li> <li>Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines</li> <li>Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred</li> <li>Sales retention experience a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote office environment</li> <li>Up to 10% travel may be required</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="132" data-end="146">Pay Range:</strong> $21.44–$29.16 per hour<br data-start="169" data-end="172">This role is eligible for the Annual Incentive Program.<br data-start="229" data-end="232">Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.</p> <p>#LI-JC1</p> <p>#APP</p> <p>#vizi</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Horace Mann was founded in 1945 by two Springfield, Illinois, teachers who saw a need for quality, affordable auto insurance for teachers.
