We're looking for a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner to solve some of Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities. As a strategic advisor to Reddit's senior Sales leadership, you'll help shape commercial strategy through analytical rigor and first-principles thinking, then translate those priorities into scalable operating models that improve seller effectiveness, drive advertiser outcomes, and accelerate revenue growth.

Your initial focus will be leading two of our most strategic initiatives – Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System (see Example Projects below). As our business evolves, you'll have the opportunity to tackle new, high-impact org-wide commercial challenges.

We're looking for a high-caliber strategy generalist rather than a domain specialist. The ideal candidate combines structured problem solving, analytical rigor, and strong execution, and is equally comfortable advising senior leaders, working with complex data, designing scalable operating models, and leading ambiguous cross-functional initiatives. We care far more about intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and learning agility than prior experience in incentives or seller operating systems – the domain can be learned; the ability to solve complex business problems cannot.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, analytics, and operations, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Location: Fully remote work allowed, but must be located within 50 miles of a Reddit hub city in North America or Europe (New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Berlin).

Example projects: You'll lead the design, build, and launch of Reddit's highest-priority commercial initiatives. Your role is to take ambiguous, early-stage ideas from concept to scalable operating models – establishing the strategy, processes, governance, and measurement frameworks needed for long-term success before transitioning ownership to dedicated program managers and moving on to the next strategic opportunity.

  • Sales Compass: Transform an early-stage seller incentives framework into a scalable operating model that drives consistent seller behavior at scale. Translate Reddit-wide commercial priorities into measurable seller behaviors, performance metrics, and incentives, building personalized goals and scorecards that align individual performance with company objectives while accounting for differences across books of business, customer segments, and market opportunities.
  • Sales operating system: Design and scale Reddit's seller operating system by building the workflows, playbooks, and guidance that help sellers consistently identify the highest-impact actions for every advertiser. Create a scalable operating model that simplifies complex sales motions into clear, repeatable execution paths, enabling sellers to leverage the right resources, programs, and best practices at the right time to maximize customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Future strategic projects: Partner with senior sales leadership to identify and solve emerging commercial opportunities. Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution, building scalable solutions that improve how Reddit goes to market and drive long-term business growth.

Core responsibilities:

  • Strategic advisor to sales leadership: Serve as a trusted thought partner to Sales Leadership, advising on Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges. Apply data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that shape commercial priorities, influence executive decision-making, and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Translate strategy into execution: Design and evolve the operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy and execution. Translate company priorities into scalable ways of working that align seller behavior, enable consistent execution, and drive measurable business outcomes across the sales organization.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, mobilizing stakeholders to deliver scalable commercial solutions and advance Reddit's highest-priority strategic initiatives.
  • Measurement rigor and change management: Establish success metrics and performance frameworks that measure business impact and seller effectiveness. Continuously refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback while partnering with Sales Leadership and Enablement to drive adoption of new ways of working and improve sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) with the ability to navigate large datasets independently to uncover insights and build executive-level data narratives.
  • Comfort with data infrastructure with the ability to interpret basic SQL or leverage modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to prompt and generate queries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes that drive execution at scale.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment, with a deep understanding of how organizational design, seller behavior, and operational improvements translate into customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Benefits:

  • Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support
  • Family Planning Support
  • Gender-Affirming Care
  • Mental Health & Coaching Benefits
  • 100% employer-funded retirement savings plan
  • Risk Benefits
