It has grown into a powerful, industry-leading performance tool for our partners and a critical revenue driver for Propel. We have strong product market fit, our users love our app, and our customers love that we have a significant reach and engagement with our users.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a <strong>Revenue Operations Lead</strong>! We're scaling revenue operations for a profitable marketplace - and we need someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and is eager to provide proactive support to senior leaders.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll own the RevOps program end-to-end: embedding AI into our tech stack, surfacing insights that drive decisions, and serving as a trusted partner to the Customer Success and Business Development teams. You stay ahead of industry trends and hold yourself to a high bar.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-visibility role on our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations. You’ll work closely with the GM of Marketplace, Head of CS, and Head of BD & Sales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Here's how you'll impact the company</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own the GTM tech stack: </strong>Serve as our primary Salesforce admin and own the broader suite of tools that Sales and CS rely on - maintaining data integrity, driving adoption, and proactively identifying new tools (including AI-powered ones) that make the team more effective</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive analytical rigor: </strong>Diagnose performance gaps with hypothesis-driven analysis, build dashboards that surface what actually matters, and make actionable recommendations based on your findings</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Power GTM planning: </strong>Lead comp planning and goal-setting in partnership with Sales, CS, and the GM as we push toward our next growth milestone</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Enable the team: </strong>Build processes that stick, standardize how we work across BD and CS, and establish AI usage guidelines that ensure consistency across team outputs so the team can move fast without creating fragmentation</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience: </strong>3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams (Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, BizOps, etc.). Experience at growth stage company (50-200 employees) strongly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>GTM tech stack: </strong>Must be comfortable as a primary admin of Salesforce - building, maintaining, and improving the instance. We set our salary ranges using compensation data from hundreds of NYC-based startups at our stage. Additionally, pay is not determined based on location. Compensation for this position includes base salary and a performance-based bonus. The expected base salary for the role is <strong>$120,000 - $160,000</strong>. The bonus is a combination of individual and team revenue performance. The total on-target earnings (OTE) is <strong>$132,000 - $176,000</strong>.
