What You'll Do

This is a multi-role position with growth into leadership. You'll be trained in:

  • Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, fast service; help customers build outfits and find deals; educate customers on how to sell to us
  • Operations: Merchandise, tag, and restock inventory; maintain a clean, efficient store; support buy counter and checkout flow; keep the sales floor fresh and organized
  • Leadership Growth (based on performance): Take on shift leadership responsibilities; closing/opening tasks
