Guardian Roofing & Construction is looking for motivated and driven Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Wichita.

This is a full-time commission sales opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, confident, and ready to take control of their income. Our sales team not only generates business but also helps manage their own projects from start to finish, creating a rewarding and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new clients and sales opportunities
  • Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing/construction solutions
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the project process
  • Help oversee projects and maintain communication with clients
  • Network and build referral opportunities
  • Work independently while staying connected with the team
