Sales Development Representative – DuPont Personal Protection, Tyvek® Garments

Job Description:

  • Drive sales pipeline growth through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts, in close partnership with field sales.
  • Achieve or exceed targets for qualified appointments, forecasted deals, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify, nurture, and convert leads while providing ongoing feedback on lead quality and customer needs.
  • Maintain consistent, multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social), keeping accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Develop product expertise, participate in sales planning and regional meetings, and continuously identify process improvements to enhance demand generation effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar sales role
  • Takes Initiative – Highly motivated and strongly focused on success through top line growth.
  • Ability to take the lead in understanding the customer needs and translating them into profitable DuPont offerings.
  • Good Influence/Negotiation Skills – Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with individuals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
