The Role & The Team:

This is an opportunity to be an influential member of a high performing sales team at a fast-growing SaaS company. As an SDR you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive new business by evangelizing Druva's technology to prospective customers.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to drive attendance to customer events and webinars
  • Following up on customer alerts, leads and requests with the goal of identifying upsell/x-sell opportunities
  • Processing customer leads/contacts through Outreach sequences (cold-calling to new customer contacts/leads is required)
  • Schedule customer meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Work with marketing, sales, and business development on email messaging and talk tracks for specific use-cases, events and webinars
  • Act as liaison between Customer Marketing and owners of customer accounts, while acting as a dynamic feedback loop
  • Manage inbound leads process to maximize conversion and pipeline development
  • Understand Druva's offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospects needs
  • Ability to apply a hunter mind-set to work strategically with AEs on campaigns to promote x-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in SFDC
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives

What You Bring:
  • 1+ years of prior SDR experience
  • Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions, cloud and Saas preferred
  • Experience with tools such as SFDC, CL, Salesloft, Linkedin, Zoom, etc.
  • CRM fluency - ability to create reports is a plus!
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
  • A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
  • Applies strategic thinking to uncover additional stakeholders and prospects within existing customer accounts to support account growth and retention
  • Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goal
  • Willingness to make cold calls and initiate conversations with install base
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • A plus if you are hard working, competitive, professional and comfortable taking direction and feedback

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $88,000 and $117,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
