The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling professional services and solutions related to marketing technologies and UX design projects. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the enterprise market.</li> <li>Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, with a particular focus on digital transformation projects.</li> <li>Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for professional services related to Adobe, Salesforce, SAS, and other marketing technology platforms.</li> <li>Partner with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and presentations that address client-specific needs.</li> <li>Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that can enhance the company’s market position and drive growth.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including CMOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise to identify and address clients' pain points and opportunities.</li> <li>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide clients with innovative solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b><ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales with a minimum of 5 years focused on marketing technology platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, SAS) and/or UX design projects.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, customer experience, and related technologies.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</li> <li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.</li> <li>Experience selling consulting services into Fortune 1000 organizations in verticals such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Travel & Hospitality.</li> <li>Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times.</li> <li>Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p> <p>AIP Connect believes in equal opportunity.
