The ideal employee can be remotely based in the US central or eastern time zone or remotely based in United Kingdom.</p><p></p><p><b>Discover Impactful Work</b></p><p>As a SalesForce.com Support Specialist, you will support the users of our SalesForce.com system. Will provide guidance on the usage and policies of the system. Working with the team, this role will define and document business specifications, application functionality, and workflow requirements. This position will define test plans, test scripts and conduct business testing. Working with business and technical resources, members of the CRM team, divisional representatives and IT, you will support new releases through testing and communication.</p><p></p><p><b>A Day in the Life</b></p><ul><li>Data Stewardship to include User, data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygiene</li><li>Support the CRM user community and the software development/technical teams through which requirements and support flow</li><li>Capture business requirements from business community and IT community</li><li>Work with and lead super users in the direction around changes, issues, and Improvements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM</li><li>Provide day to day business user support of CRM system</li><li>Creation & Maintenance of production quality operational dashboards, data reports and analysis</li><li>Training to small groups via web</li><li>Document data and system improvements or change requests</li><li>Communication of changes and issues within region supporting</li><li>Perform testing on issues and improvements</li><li>Act closely with system collaborators from all divisions in the business</li><li>Support CRM//Power BI/CPQ Projects as needed</li><li>Support of SalesForce.com user submitted tickets</li><li>Other Duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Keys to Success</b></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferred</li><li>Equivalent experience and proficiency accepted in lieu of Associates/Bachelor's degree.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ & Power BI strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with eliciting information from users to support SalesForce.com</li><li>Experience in a Scientific or Pharmaceutical environment is advantageous</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li>SFDC Business Analyst or Administrator or AI certified desired</li><li>Must be results oriented with a good attention to detail</li><li>Experience leading projects and timelines</li><li>Must have strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in written & oral English</li><li>Interact professionally with a diverse group of domain authorities, managers, and executives</li></ul><p></p><p>For US based hires</p><ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. </li><li>Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.<br /> </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
