Support any audits necessary including assisting with revenue risk mitigation during quarter close activities.</p></li><li><p>Engage in special projects to drive or improve business performance</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplification</p></li><li><p>Enable team culture and drive organization to improve customer / client satisfaction levels and responsiveness</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Qualifications / Requirements:</h2><ul><li><p>2 years experience in customer service or field support role.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with speed and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right the first time.
