If you are a driven professional looking for global career opportunities and exposure to high-impact projects within an international network of expertise, this is where you belong.</p><p>We are currently searching for a <strong>SAP HANA DB Admin:</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>This role demands operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous learning in a dynamic global support setup</li><li>The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise in HANA/Sybase database administration, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination in a managed service delivery model. </li><li>SAP HANA Administrator to provide L2/L3 support for complex SAP landscapes. </li><li>Deliver L2/L3 technical support for SAP HANA infrastructure in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Administer HANA and Sybase databases, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and space management.</li><li>Handle P1/P2 incidents with urgency and precision, ensuring timely resolution and de-escalation.</li><li>Track and report SLA/KPI metrics; ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.</li><li>Prior experience in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience in HANA and Sybase database operations.</li><li><br></li><li>Experience in managed service delivery and global support environments.</li><li><br></li><li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA/KPI tracking.</li><li><br></li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Here are some of the key activities that a HANA Admin must know, all related to HANA Database and ASE Sybase</p><ul><li>Update database software, DMM</li><li>Table partitioning</li><li>Maintain system parameter</li><li>Manage hana replication</li><li>Install ODBC</li><li>Backup/ restore </li></ul><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Oral English.</li><li>Advanced Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote </li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, <strong>start your application on our website</strong> to join an award-winning employer.
