  • About the Role:The SAP MM &

    • EWM Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end AMS L2/L3 support, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities across SAP MM and SAP EWM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and SAP integrations within a support-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:1) AMS Operations (L2/L3)

    • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
    • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
    • Support month-end inventory close activities and physical inventory counts.
    • Provide on-call and after-hours support based on business requirements.

    2) SAP MM Functional Scope

    • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, PO, Contracts, and Source Lists.
    • Configure and support Inventory Management processes including goods movements, consignment, and subcontracting.
    • Support External Services Management processes.
    • Configure Pricing Procedures and Tax functionalities.
    • Maintain and support Master Data including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing Info Records.
    • Ensure integration with SD, PP, QM, and FICO modules.

    3) SAP EWM Functional Scope

    • Support inbound warehouse processes including ASN, Goods Receipt, Deconsolidation, and Putaway.
    • Support outbound processes including Wave Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
    • Manage internal warehouse activities such as Replenishment, Slotting, and Physical Inventory.
    • Configure and support advanced EWM functionalities including Handling Units (HU), RF framework, Cross-Docking, and Yard Management.
    • Ensure integration with TM, GTS, and ERP systems.

    4) Interfaces &

    • External Systems

    • Support and troubleshoot IDoc and BAPI integrations.
    • Monitor and resolve qRFC queue issues.
    • Collaborate with ABAP, PI/PO, and technical teams for interface support and developments.

    5) Enhancements &

    • Continuous Improvement

    • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS).
    • Perform configuration changes and support UAT activities.
    • Conduct regression testing and provide release support for system enhancements.

    6) Documentation &

    • Governance

    • Maintain configuration documents, KT documents, SOPs, and run books.
    • Support audit activities and compliance requirements.
    • Ensure master data quality and process governance standards.

    Required Skills &

    • Experience:

    • Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP EWM modules.
    • Experience in ERP–EWM integration and warehouse operations.
    • Good understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
    • Experience in AMS L2/L3 support environments.
    • Knowledge of IDoc, qRFC, RF framework, and SAP integrations.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Pay: RM6,300.78 - RM25,000.00 per month
