  • About the Role:The SAP MM &

    • EWM Lead will be responsible for end-to-end AMS L2/L3 support, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement activities within the SAP support model. The role requires strong expertise in SAP MM, EWM, warehouse operations, procurement processes, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.Key Responsibilities:1) AMS Operations (L2/L3)

    • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets across SAP MM &
      • EWM modules within SLA timelines.

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), impact analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Support month-end inventory closing, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory activities.
  • Provide on-call and after-hours support based on business requirements.
  • 2) SAP MM Functional Scope

    • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, PO, Contracts, RFQ, Source Lists, and Release Strategies.
    • Configure and support Inventory Management processes including goods receipt, goods issue, transfer postings, consignment, subcontracting, and stock transport orders.
    • Support External Services Management and service procurement processes.
    • Configure Pricing Procedures, Tax determination, and account assignments.
    • Maintain and govern Master Data including Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, and Source Lists.
    • Ensure seamless integration with SD, PP, QM, PM, and FICO modules.

    3) SAP EWM Functional Scope

    • Support inbound warehouse processes including ASN, Goods Receipt, Deconsolidation, Putaway, and Quality Inspection integration.
    • Support outbound processes including Wave Management, Picking, Packing, Staging, and Shipping.
    • Manage internal warehouse operations such as Replenishment, Slotting, Rearrangement, and Physical Inventory.
    • Configure and support advanced EWM functionalities including Handling Units (HU), RF framework, Cross-Docking, Labor Management, and Yard Management.
    • Support integration between EWM, TM, GTS, and SAP ERP/S4HANA systems.

    4) Interfaces &

    • External Systems

    • Support and troubleshoot IDoc, qRFC, BAPI, and middleware integrations.
    • Monitor and resolve interface issues between SAP and external warehouse/logistics systems.
    • Collaborate with ABAP, PI/PO/CPI, and technical teams for developments and interface enhancements.

    5) Enhancements &

    • Continuous Improvement

    • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for enhancements.
    • Perform configuration changes and coordinate developments with technical teams.
    • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release management activities.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

    6) Documentation &

    • Governance

    • Maintain configuration documents, process flows, KT documents, SOPs, and run books.
    • Support audit activities, compliance requirements, and data governance standards.
    • Ensure master data accuracy and process adherence.

    Required Skills &

    • Experience:

    • Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and SAP EWM configuration and support.
    • Experience in ERP–EWM integration and warehouse management processes.
    • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay and inventory management processes.
    • Experience supporting AMS L2/L3 environments with SLA-based delivery.
    • Knowledge of IDoc, qRFC, RF framework, and SAP integrations.
    • Experience in Oil &
      • Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, or MRO warehouse environments is preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pay: RM7,641.08 - RM20,282.87 per month
